Exploring the Benefits of Mindfulness
This presentation will include:
- What is Mindfulness?
- An introduction to the science and research supporting it.
- Engage in either a Mindful Movement practice or Mindful Eating Meditation.
- Be led in a seated mediation practice: Finding Your Anchor.
- Learn ways to incorporate mindfulness practices in your daily life.
Benefits of a Mindfulness Practice include:
- Reduced stress
- Increased focus & attention
- Improved health & well being
- Improved pain management
- A greater sense of connection, aliveness, connection and joy
