Reflections and Atmosphere, Intermediate and Advanced Oil Painting (or Drawing)
Afraid of painting objects with glass and shiny surfaces? This course will cover the skills needed to make paintings or drawings with a variety of objects along with a sense of space and light. Artists will improve their ability to translate a 3 dimensional world on to a flat 2D surface in paint, pencil or charcoal. This class is recommended for students with painting experience who want structured instruction and the energy generated by working within a group. Drawing students should have some basic experience. Weekly homework will be assigned as it speeds up the learning curve considerably. All students will find their work improving steadily.
