Restorative Sound Meditation

A Sound Bath Meditation is a full-body immersion in healing vibrations using crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, Native American flute and other harmonic instruments. You simply settle in either lying down or seated, get comfortable, and allow yourself to receive. The session gently supports the nervous system, eases emotional tension, and helps restore a sense of calm, balance, and inner harmony.

Participants are invited to bring a yoga mat, pillows, and blankets for comfort. Chairs are always welcome, and individuals may enjoy the sound journey either seated or lying down.  Eye masks will be available for optional use.
