She has 20+ years of facilitation and training experience in workplaces, schools, and on university campuses. Ellen holds a BS in Sociology & Spanish and an MA in Urban Planning. She has worked in city planning, economic development, event PR & marketing and community relations for a variety of organizations including a large regional retailer.
