World Wide Knit in Public Day

Please join us on the library patio for a drop-in knitting and crocheting event while enjoying some light refreshments. Share your passion for knitting in the company of others who knit and crochet! Bring along your own project or use our supplies to start a new project. 

World Wide Knit in Public Day is the largest knitter run event in the world and is currently celebrated in 57 different countries. While the origin of the name denotes that it’s all about knitting, over the years it has become an inclusive event for all fiber lovers, with a mission of “Better living through stitching together!”
