SCORE Eastern CT (https://www.score.org/easternct), Mentors to America’s Small Businesses, presents a free Small Business webinar, “The 3-Page Business Plan,” with SCORE mentor Eric Munro.

Most people cringe at the thought of writing a business plan, but the process and content are extremely valuable. This webinar offers a unique approach to thinking about and writing a Business Plan in three pages of text with three spreadsheets. The objective is to set you on a path to developing a well-thought-out plan with a minimum of work and “agony.” The presentation will cover how to produce the plan appropriate to your needs and situation while ensuring the utility of the content.

Eric Munro is a product management, sales, and marketing executive with experience in high-technology businesses, both domestically and internationally. Prior to retiring, Eric was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a telecommunications equipment manufacturer based in Meriden, Connecticut. His career also includes consulting in business management for a division of DeVry University as well as teaching graduate MBA classes where he provided his expertise on project and strategic management.
