SUMMARY:High Hopes Summer Horse Camp Week 5 (ages 8-13)
DESCRIPTION:Every summer High Hopes Therapeutic Riding opens our doors to our local community to come and experience the wonderful physical and mental benefits that being out in the fresh air with horses can bring to ourselves and our children. Children of all abilities\, ages 4 to 13\, come together to learn new skills\, have fun\, make friends and care for others. Sessions with some of our 23 horses and ponies are designed to meet the individual needs of all of our campers. Activities in our summer horse camp include daily riding lessons\, equine care\, unmounted horsemanship\, and carriage driving all taught by Path International certified riding and carriage driving instructors. High Hopes is also a licensed summer camp through the Connecticut Office of Early Childhood (OEC). High Hopes makes it a priority to follow the OEC guidelines to ensure the campers are provided an educational horse camp experience while remaining safe. Deadline for registration is May 18\, 2021 or until full.
