Employment Specialist
We are seeking an Employment Specialist to join the Vista team.
Benefits and Paid Time-Off are available for eligible employees based on the regular number of hours worked.
Job Type/Shift Information: Part-Time, 20 to 25 hours per week. We are open to discussing your availability for hours, and we want to make a match between your schedule and our needs. Shifts may include a weekend rotation on an occasional basis.
Responsibilities for an Employment Specialist include:
- Assisting individuals with disabilities to learn and perform job duties and supporting the individual during the onboarding process.
- Creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for members to reach key goals and milestones in their journey towards independence
- Supporting the evaluation process and providing appropriate trainings
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year of related experience
- Valid Driver’s License with a safe driving record
Hourly Rate: $19.00, plus eligible mileage reimbursement
