About Us
Cappella Cantorum is the premiere non-auditioned community choral group of the Connecticut Shoreline and lower Connecticut River Valley, with members from communities throughout Connecticut. The organization’s primary purpose is to give singers of all ages the opportunity to learn, perform and share great choral music with the wider community. In addition to twice yearly concerts and its annual Messiah Sing or Listen at the Kate, the group promotes music education and appreciation through a SummerSing program, vocal training workshops, and other events open to the public.
