High Hopes Healing Hearts Summer Series

Adult yoga and healing with horses every Monday at 6:30 – 8:00 PM  from June 19^th through August 21^st. The summer session is small group (up to 8) for adults who have experienced anxiety, depression, loss, or trauma. We’ll do 45 minutes of restorative yoga and mindfulness followed by 45 minutes of unmounted equine work; the focus is on relaxation, reflection, breath work, and mindfulness.
