Lauren Drago of Lauren Drago Therapy will  talk about work/life balance, focusing on raising awareness of the value of treating ourselves like our own best employees in work and in life, and ways to cognitively restructure how we manage ourselves when it comes to work/life stress.

About Lauren: 
Lauren Drago is a fully licensed mental health clinician in the states of Connecticut, New York, and Pennsylvania. She received her graduate degree and training from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, and a BA in psychology and creative writing from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA. She helps women to better manage and overcome the barriers to their happiness, productivity, and well-being.
