CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Wilcox Energy has an immediate entry level customer service representative position open, which can be either Full or Part time.
Part time candidate would work a minimum of 30 hours a week Monday - Friday.
Full time candidate would work 40 hours a week Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm and receive the following benefits:

- Answer incoming calls and address the specific needs of our customers.
- Update customer information, schedule service calls and fuel deliveries.
- Schedule sales appointments.
- File
- Assist and back up the dispatcher and receptionist.
- Other miscellaneous responsibilities would also be required.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a high-paced sometimes stressful environment.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Proven customer support in an office environment.
- Excellent communication skills including active listening and adaptability.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in Word & Excel.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
