We are searching for a candidate to expand our Sales Team. Applicant must have professional sales skills and have knowledge or be willing to learn the Premium Cigar Industry. Primary Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Present a professional and clean appearance.
• Restock product and perform basic inventory tasks.
• Operate a Point of Sale system.
• Answer phones to field call in-orders and general questions.
• Ability to come up with ideas to create and communicate specials and sales items.
• Assist our Social Media person by sending photos and info of product on a regular basis.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, sanitizing, emptying trash.
• Assist in manufacturer events, promotions, and special events.
• Ability to engage and connect with customers.
• Independent thinker, logical, strategic, with a high focus and attention to detail.
• Ability to restock merchandise shelving, constant standing and walking, some squatting and frequently lifting & carrying up to 10lbs or more.
• Customer Focused: Actively engages in conversation with our customers. Anticipates the customer’s needs. Builds relationships and ask questions to help the customer find their appropriate product.
• Team Oriented: Communicates effectively. Develops team relationships with honesty and integrity.
